• Download the membership Card form
• Abhyasis in the United States are requested to use the following form:
  SRCM Membership Card Application for abhyasis in the USA
• Print out the form and fill in all required information.
• Attach a color passport size photograph to the form
• Send the form to the membership coordinator or secretary of the Mission in your country.
• If your country does not have a coordinator or secretary, you may send the completed form and photograph by post to:

• Please note the cards will be mailed to the "current prefect" identified on the form.
  
  

By Email

• Download the membership Card form
• Type in all the required information.
• Email the completed form along with a recent JPEG color photograph of yourself to the membership coordinator or secretary of the Mission in your country.
• The JPEG photograph must:

• Clearly show a full front profile against a solid color background (preferably white).
• Show only the shoulders and above – i.e. please don’t send full body photographs.
• Be taken at a resolution of at least 600 x 800 pixels.

• If your country does not have a coordinator or secretary, you may send the completed form and photograph by email to intl.idcard@srcm.org.
• Please note the cards will be mailed to the "current prefect" identified on the form.

Instructions for regional / national coordinators

• Download the membership card spreadsheet
• Enter each abhyasi’s information on a separate row.  Note that mandatory fields are shaded in gray.

• “Existing SRCM ID” refers to cases where a card was issued earlier and another card needs to be issued.
• “JPEG PhotoFileName”  refers to the name of the photograph file for the corresponding individual. This should be a unique number for each row entered.

• Send the xls file along with JPEG photographs (600x800 resolution) to intl.idcard@srcm.org.
• A single check may be sent in the name of “Shri Ram Chandra Mission” for all the cards to the address mentioned below.

  Indicate the date that the xls file was sent for processing, so that we may correlate the donation with the batch of cards.
