What duty must you do? Do what is necessary! I think that covers all that I can say in answer to your question. Human condition is complicated by the doing of unnecessary things—leading to waste of effort, money, and even more important, time. So if we do only that which is necessary—both for our spiritual as well as our material existences—then the problem of life can be easily solved! This is the wisdom of my Master, that he has given the most important teaching in a single sentence!
